About Me

I bring years of experience across business across operations, strategy, sales, finance, and start-up leadership. I'm passionate about building, analyzing, and investing in ventures that solve real-world problems. From a mature business to taking a start-up from 0 to 1, I enjoy the complexity and in-depth thinking required in taking charge of a business, department, or task.

My main area of interest is the bleeding edge of technology. I believe that AI is the most important development since the internet. However, it is still not in the final phase of development. LLM's are phenomenal and salient but, the true power of AI and AGI is only just being discovered. My professional goal is to be part of this technology in a way that I can: operations and strategy.

In my free time, I love to invest and understand the business world, read books (see my reading list for books I've read recently), and get outside to golf or ski.
I am always looking to learn, either from books or interactions. My experience will only truly grow as I learn more, years without learning from and listening to others are moving laterally in a world that always moves forward.

Work Experiences
I have focused on gaining experience in fast-paced, complex problem-solving areas. My entrepreneurial spirit drives me towards experiences where I can be heavily involved in an area and produce influential results.
Astronome AI
Operations Lead, Founding team
A b2b tech start up that is changing the way IT is handled by small to medium sized enterprises. As a member of the founding team I have helped craft the image and long term strategy of the company. With the founders I helped develop our pitch and website, worked with institutional investors as well as the UK Government, and developed the sales pipeline and have helped the company take the leap from 0-1
Stone Central
Director of Purchasing and operations
My family business. Operating from Syracuse, New York, we fabricated and installed stone countertops all over New York State. I was in charge of improving our purchasing and streamlining the operations of the company. I also managed our supply chain during the COVID-19 crisis with minimal disruption.

Academic Experiences
Academics help me broaden my horizons and test my skills where the worst thing that can happen is I fail a test. Some things I try I like (PE/VC, Finance), some things I like less (programming) and some thingsI take because I think they are fun (ice cream making at Cornell).
London Business School
A two-year period focused which helped me reevaluate what I wanted to do and why. Refocused myself on business development and the growth and expansion of a company. My finance skills were further developed at LBS amending a relative weak point.
Expanded my network greatly and have met some incredible people, some lifelong friends, and others just great to know.
Cornell University
ILR School
A world class school that is too often forgotten about when discussing the Ivy League and world universities. Transformed my way of expressing myself and helped me fully articulate my thoughts. The ILR school was a one-of-a-kind school that inspired my belief that psychology and not numbers can truly drive a business and create numbers. This led me to pursue behavioral finance at LBS and has deeply effected how I invest.
Syracuse University
One year, a great year. Transferring made it an interesting year focussed on personal development and preparing myself for the transition to Cornell.
Wall Street Prep
A supplement to my financial pursuits academically.
